Week 01  ·  Regulation

Meet your nervous system

We begin where everything begins — inside the body. You will learn what is actually happening in your nervous system, how to identify your own states (fight, flight, freeze, fawn), and how to develop awareness of the signals your body has been sending all along. We close with a guided meditation to quiet the mind and open inner listening.

Regulate & observe

Now that you can see what is happening, you learn to move through it. Practical tools to regulate your nervous system and navigate your triggers without being swallowed by them. We work with the observer practice — the art of witnessing yourself without judgment — and close with a self-compassion meditation.

Week 03  ·  Embodiment

Return to the body

The body is not a vehicle for your mind — it is your home. This session introduces conscious dance as a portal: moving without choreography, without judgment, listening to what the body wants to say when words aren’t available. We also work with breathwork to open energy that has been held, stored, and waiting.

Week 04  ·  Embodiment

Move what is stuck

We deepen the embodiment work — integrating conscious movement and breath as a daily practice, not just a session tool. You will leave with a personal embodiment ritual tailored to your body, your schedule, and what you need most. The body is learning to trust itself again.

The medicine of cacao

A full session devoted to cacao — where it comes from, what it carries, and how to bring it into your everyday life as a sacred practice. We explore the spirit of cacao as a heart-opening medicine, how to source and prepare it with intention, and how to hold simple ceremonies for yourself. This is the session that makes your daily cup of cacao a ritual.

Return to softness

With a regulated nervous system and a body you are learning to trust, there is finally space to feel. This session is an invitation back into your feminine nature — what it is, how it gets lost in the noise of performing life, and how it nourishes itself. We explore feminine nourishment practices and close with a ritual of replenishment designed for your specific needs.

The woman who is emerging

Seven weeks of inner work leaves a mark — a good one. This session is dedicated to integration: reflecting on the path walked, naming what has shifted, and anchoring the new patterns into your daily life. We look at who you were when you arrived and who is emerging now. A session of witnessing, celebrating, and setting intention for what comes next.

Belonging ceremony

We close the container with ceremony. Cacao medicine opens the heart. Sound healing brings the body into stillness. Together we write your declaration — not who you should be, but who you are becoming. An opening to belonging: with yourself, with your body, with something greater than both. You leave not the same woman who arrived.

Questions

Do I need prior experience with spirituality, somatic work, or dance?

None at all. This program was designed to meet you exactly where you are. The practices — including conscious dance and breathwork — are guided, gentle, and done in the privacy of your own space. What matters is that you are ready to listen to yourself.

What does conscious dance look like in a Zoom session?

You move in your own space — your living room, your bedroom, wherever you feel free. I guide you with music, invitations, and presence. There is no choreography, no right way to do it. It is simply your body moving in response to what is alive in you that day.

What do I need for the cacao session and the closing ceremony?

I will guide you on how to source ceremonial-grade cacao before those sessions. It is more accessible than you might think, and I will tell you exactly what to look for. The preparation itself becomes part of the practice.

How far apart are the sessions?

One session per week, over 8 weeks. This rhythm is intentional — it gives you time to integrate each session before the next, so the changes can actually settle into your body and your daily life.

Is this therapy?

No. This is mentoring and facilitation rooted in sacred feminine wisdom, nervous system education, somatic and embodiment practices, and cacao medicine. It is a powerful complement to therapy, but it is not a substitute. If you are working with a therapist, this program can deepen that work beautifully.

How do I know if I am ready?
